The BIM SMART Summit was on Thursday, April 9th, 2026 and features Owners from Coast to Coast!
Broward County and the Port of Seattle were confirmed Participants again this year!
BIM SMART 2026 was not a sit-and-listen conference.
It was an interactive, working forum where attendees actively participated in discussions, contributed real-world experience, and helped shape industry outcomes.
The Reality Loop, from Talk to Tangible Outcomes was not about showcasing ideas.
It was about testing them against reality

Instead of listening to what should work, attendees at the BIM SMART SUMMIT explored what actually does — and why.
This Summit functioned as a structured feedback loop,

TECH AREA and Experts were on-hand to answer questions too!
