BIM SMART Summit Event

Session Format & Differentiators

What You Won’t See

No 30-minute sales presentations,  No all-day passive listening.  No theory without proof.

What You Will Experience

Every session follows a proven, three-part structure that ensures the conversation flows from the stage to the room and back again.

The Reality Loop Session Structure

1.  Expert Presentations (20 Minutes)

Two session leaders share focused, 10-minute Reality Stories, covering:

  • The problem they faced
    The real constraints
    What actually happened
    The lesson learned

2. Roundtable and Expert Discussion (30 Minutes)

Attendees break into small, facilitated groups to:

  • Discuss the topic through their own project experience
    Identify key insights
    Propose recommendations for change

3. Reality Loop Debrief (10 Minutes)

Session leaders return to the stage while our facilitator will:

  • Synthesizes recurring themes
    Surfaces gaps and contradictions live
Connects discussion back to industry-wide implications

The Deliverable: More Than an Event

Insights from every session are documented and rolled up into the Digital Build USA – Reality Loop Report, providing a national platform where real-world experiences are captured, synthesized, and shared.

This is how BIM SMART becomes more than a conference — it becomes an industry resource.
